Awesome no knead, no rise time bread recipe

Ingredients:

500g flour (can be a mix of whatever flours you want)
1 cube fresh yeast (Frische Hefe)
1 EL Honey
2 EL Apple vinegar
450 ml warm water
2 TL salt
150g seeds of your choice (oatmeal, pumpkin, flax)

-Spray a loaf pan
-In a large bowl measure out and mix the flour and salt
-In a small bowl put the fresh yeast, warm water, honey and apple vinegar
-Mix the yeast mixture with the flour mixture
-Add the seeds and mix well
-DO NOT preheat the oven! Put the teig into the loaf pan and top with a few more seeds to make it look cute. Put in the oven and then turn it on to whatever the American equivalent of 180-120 degrees C umluft.
-Cook for 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean...I have always taken mine out way before 70 minutes, maybe my oven runs hotter. When done, turn oven off and leave in the oven for 10 minutes and then take out and let cool.
-Eat right away with butter and cheese!!
-Enjoy your Abendbrot!!

**do NOT let this mix sit at all before you cook it....it will rise and make a mess. The first time I made this bread I was running late to go pick up the girls from Kiindergarten so I just left it on the counter in the loaf pan and then came back to find that it had risen a bunch. So then I put it in the oven to cook it and then forgot about it and then went to check on it and discovered I had not even turned the oven on so it had totally expanded all over the oven. So I scooped it all into two loaf pans. It was ok but not as good.

I hope there is such a thing as fresh yeast in America. I am getting hooked on this bread.
